Ginger Mint Green Tea

Clearing Heat
Ingredients:
3 ounces Ginger, sliced
1 cup Mint Leaves
6 bags Green Tea
½ cup Honey
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
6 cups Water
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over high heat, combine ginger and water and bring to a boil
2. Remove from heat and add mint and tea bags
3. Cover pot and let steep for 15 minutes
4. Strain liquid into a large pitcher or other container.
5. Add honey and lemon juice and stir
6. Leave out until it has cooled to room temperature or refrigerate
7. Serve

o Clears heat
o Harmonizes Spleen and Stomach to aid in digestion
o Soothe the Liver
o Ease thirst
